Project Summary

​

The project involved the construction of 50 Units of 1-Bedroom Flat alongside four (4) attached kitchen and laundry areas respectively. The demanding external works comprised of:

 

1. The interlocking pavement around the building perimeter;

2. 8m high overhead tank with two (2) 2000 liters elevated water tank;

3. 3000 liters ground tank - complete with a submersible pump and a ground 1.5HP pump.
